The Givenchy Spa at the Hotel Sahrai is a true oasis of calm, relaxation, and beauty. Elegance and understated luxury characterize the spa—entirely in keeping with Givenchy's philosophy. Here, you can leave everyday life behind and immerse yourself in a pleasant blend of pampering and relaxation—with a view of the picturesque backdrop of the city of Fez. Incidentally, there is also much to discover there: the medina is considered a sanctuary of Islam and is famous for its cultural richness. The city is surrounded by spectacular nature: the Atlas Mountains with their Berber villages, oak forests, and colorful fields promise a fabulous excursion, the fairytale Ras El Oued waterfalls invite you to explore and linger, and a professional Arabic calligraphy course will bring you a little closer to the traditions of the region. We would be happy to put together a personalized program tailored to your tastes.

Living
Living

The masterful interplay of space and light characterizes the work of architect and designer Christophe Pillet, who designed the Hotel Sahrai. The hotel's fairytale atmosphere is also reflected in its elegant guest rooms and luxurious suites: the rooms are light-filled and extravagant, traditional and modern at the same time. Floor-to-ceiling windows, warm natural stone walls, and traditional Moroccan décor give the rooms their very special atmosphere. The marble bathrooms are also a highlight: transparent glass walls allow them to blend completely with the room, while several layers of translucent curtains can be used to separate them from the rest of the room as required.

If you fancy a relaxed lunch or dinner in the chic style of sophisticated Paris, the Relais de Paris restaurant is the place for you. Deliciously prepared meat, fresh fish, and a classic French cheese platter to finish are all on the menu here. The Amaraz Restaurant offers Moroccan and Lebanese gourmet cuisine: enjoy one of the traditionally prepared tagines made with the finest ingredients, while the sounds of the lute accompany you through the evening with oriental melodies. Tapas, light dishes, and magnificent cocktails are served in the Jungle Bar, and there is also a menu of selected cigars and fine wines to match. The Salon Lyautey is located on the building's typical Moroccan flat roof, where you can enjoy a glass of the finest local wine under the stars and the flickering fire. The Arcades Bar, on the other hand, is designed entirely in white marble, where you can cool off with a light lunch during the midday heat.

Details of the Hotel Sahrai

The location of the hotel alone promises luxury and glamour: the beautiful building is located on the former site of the summer palace of French Marshal Lyautey. Distinctive design elements such as the magnificent large stone arches are also reflected in the contemporary architecture of the Hotel Sahrai. The interior of the hotel also matches the aesthetics of the building: a furniture line designed especially for Living Divani by Christophe Pillet and Moroccan Fassi ceramics transform the rooms into exclusive and elegant oases of well-being, where modernity and tradition meet. Extravagance and simplicity complement each other in a special way. Warm gray tones, ochre, and decorative stone cladding create the perfect feel-good atmosphere. Added to this are large windows, some with terraces, and elegant toiletries in your bathroom.
