OIÁ Casa Lençóis is a contemporary Brazilian guesthouse on the edge of Lençóis Maranhenses National Park and the first establishment in the region to offer a fully curated, sophisticated all-inclusive experience. All experiences are included and accompanied by exclusive local guides. These include 4×4 tours through the national park, quad bike excursions on private routes, kayaking tours, sunsets in the dunes, and candlelit dinners in special locations. The offer is complemented by visits to local communities, regional boat tours, and culinary insights into traditional craftsmanship. Some activities and meals are deliberately shared with other OIÁ guests – informal, personal and close to the landscape.
OIÁ Casa Lençóis has a total of eight suites that can accommodate up to 22 guests. Two suites are located in the main house, complemented by three detached bungalows, each with two suites. All accommodations are spacious, quiet, and minimalist in design. Natural materials, clean lines, and plenty of privacy create a relaxed, sheltered atmosphere.
Cuisine is an integral part of the all-inclusive concept. The OIÁ kitchen creates light, creative dishes using seasonal ingredients, characterized by the regional flavors of northeastern Brazil. The food is prepared using international haute cuisine techniques—interpreted in a very Brazilian way. Three meals a day are served, as well as picnics during excursions, small snacks for walks and swimming breaks, and coffee, tea, and typical farm cakes available at any time.
OIÁ Casa Lençóis is located directly on the border of Lençóis Maranhenses National Park and offers privileged access to some of the most remote and beautiful lagoons in the region. The immediate proximity to the imposing natural surroundings creates a special feeling of space and security at the same time. OIÁ sees this landscape not as a backdrop, but as a central part of the stay – present, powerful, and formative. The property covers 52,000 m² of land on a former farm, whose original vegetation has been deliberately preserved.
