Your responsibilities
- Processing and posting of payment transactions (invoice verification and account assignment)
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Reconciliation and maintenance of accounts
- Coordination and assistance in dunning
- Assisting with advance sales tax returns
- Support for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Contact your tax advisor
Our requirements
- Completed commercial training with relevant professional experience
- Good knowledge of DATEV & Office applications
- Excellent communication skills with customers and within the team
- Fluent in German and English
- Tourist knowledge is not required, but welcome
