Are you organized and enjoy keeping track of all processes? Do you love working in tourism and have some initial experience? As a commercial assistant, you will support our accounting department in its day-to-day business and liaise with our international business partners in tourism. Your tasks will also include supporting our sales team with rebookings and invoicing.
Your responsibilities
- Supporting the accounting department in its day-to-day business (payment reconciliation and incoming/outgoing payments)
- Coordination with international partners on joint collaborations (in German and English)
- Supporting the sales team in issuing cancellation invoices or rebookings
- Data maintenance, updating, validation, and archiving
Our requirements
- Commercial training or comparable experience
- Independent and structured working style
- Fluent in German and English
- Tourist knowledge is not required, but welcome
