That's why we are also looking for talented individuals behind the scenes whose daily task is to ensure structure, effectiveness, and relief for our sales team. Like an effective concierge in the background, our after-sales team ensures that, following consultation and planning by our sales managers, the processes run smoothly and seamlessly.
Your responsibilities
- Customer management after the consulting process
- Preparation of high-quality travel documents and postal dispatch
- Responsibility for special customer requests and maintenance of master data
- Organization with our partners prior to our customers' arrival
- Quality management at the highest level (pre/during & after sales)
Our requirements
- Tourism training or comparable experience
- Understanding of IT and MS Office applications as well as our internal systems
- Excellent communication skills with customers and within the team
- Fluent in German, English, and possibly another foreign language
- Independent and structured working style
