After a five-hour flight in a luxurious private jet, the Gulfstream G550, you will arrive in Antarctica. After landing on Wolf's Fang airstrip, you will fly on to your comfortable accommodation, the Whichaway Camp, with your ski equipment included. Upon arrival at the camp, you can take some time for yourself and spend the afternoon doing whatever you like, such as ice climbing.

To be perfectly prepared for the next day and thus also for the next excursion, you can learn more about the lifestyle of emperor penguins at a lecture at the end of the day.

Experience what is likely to be the most exciting part of your trip and see the wild emperor penguins at Atka Bay. Your guide will take you to the emperor penguin colony with over 3,000 breeding pairs and their newly hatched chicks. As tourists are a rarity on the continent, the chicks are very curious and often waddle right up to your feet.

Explore the area around Whichaway Camp, visit ice waves, and walk through spectacular ice tunnels in the caves below Whichaway Camp. Take an Arctic truck safari through snow and ice to a breathtaking viewpoint where you can enjoy panoramic views of the sea and waves. Another highlight is the ascent of Nunatak Peak, from which you can abseil down the slope at the end of the tour and get another exciting impression of Antarctica.

Take one last look at the incredible icebergs below you before landing back in Cape Town. Once you arrive in the heat of Africa, you can begin your journey home.
