As in Ravel's famous Boléro, it glides slowly and steadily across the Rhône and Saône rivers – and is a unique attraction.
Some things in life are simply reliable. French cuisine with its fine products and ingredients, for example. Tarte Tatin, Boeuf Bourguignon, or Crêpe Suzette? Accompanied by exquisite wines from the southern Rhône region—with the fruitiness of Grenache, the spiciness of Syrah, or the strength of Mourvèdre. The chefs draw on the themes of the area the ship is currently cruising through to create exquisite dishes, naturally using products from the respective region. Everything on board is made in-house, from jam to bread and rolls.
