The menu changes daily and consists almost exclusively of local products according to the farm-to-table principle. For breakfast, we recommend the Tigrillo: a typical Ecuadorian dish made with green plantains, onions, and achiote oil, topped with soft-boiled eggs and sal prieta. The fresh fish dishes are also not to be missed. In the evening, you can relax in the DNA Bar with cervezas and margaritas and listen to the crackling of the fire.
