Above the rooftops of Porto, The Yeatman is a luxury hotel that seems to have invented the term "wine hotel": the wine cellar contains 25,000 bottles, the spa offers treatments with grape drops and baths in wine barrels, and the two Michelin-starred restaurant focuses on pairing the perfect wine with every dish. The spacious rooms feature balconies and panoramic views of Porto, while several world-class wine regions await you right on your doorstep.

Its elegant décor is inspired by local "quintas" (farms), and each room is decorated with photos and accessories from a different Portuguese winery. The traditionally furnished rooms and suites feature thick carpets, beds with gold-embellished, black lacquered wooden headboards, and comfortable sofas and armchairs upholstered in fine velvet. The built-in bookshelves are stocked with books on the Portuguese wine trade, and the hotel's main activities include weekly wine dinners, wine tastings, and visits to nearby wineries.
