The inspiration for chef Maria Fé Garcia's culinary creations comes from Lake Titicaca, which surrounds the lodge on three sides: all ingredients are sourced with care and respect for nature in accordance with Andean tradition, and then transformed into exquisite menus featuring modern dishes and Peruvian classics. The traditional arts of the Aymara people also influence the creative combinations. You can enjoy the delicious food from the lodge's kitchen not only in the restaurant, but also on the numerous excursions.
